This quote has always stuck with me; not just because it’s great photography advice, but because it perfectly captures how I see my work.
On the surface, it speaks to the physical act of getting closer to capture the details that tell the full story; the look in someone’s eye, the touch of a hand, the quiet in between moments that matter most. But most of the time, it’s about something deeper, getting close to the people I photograph.
I don’t believe in stiff poses or staying on the sidelines. I believe the best photos happen when people feel truly seen, safe, and themselves. That kind of closeness, comfort, and authenticity only comes when you’re willing to get close in a more personal way. That means building trust, creating space for you to feel fully like yourselves, and always letting your real connection lead the way. I want you to feel like I’m a friend with a camera, not a stranger observing from afar. It is this closeness that allows me to capture love stories as honestly and beautifully as they deserve to be remembered.
The result are photos that feel like you. Real, raw, quiet, loud, messy, magical; whatever your love looks like, that’s what we’ll capture.

Get in touch with me through my inquiry form. Tell me all about your wedding plans and vision (and maybe a bit about you and bae’s love story!) so I can come prepared for our consultation call.

I like to use this time to get to know each other a bit more on a personal level. I want to hear about your love story and about all the things that you love about your relationship. We’ll talk about your vision for your wedding day as well as my creative process and the gnitty gritty details of package options and any other necessary information to get you booked if we are a good fit.
Contract + Invoice

Once we’ve decided we’re a great fit, it's time to make it official! I require a 30% deposit at the time of signing the contract that will need to be completed in 48 hours or your wedding date becomes available to other inquiring couples.

The big day is here and it’s time to make you vision come to life. I’ll be there to capture all of the big and small moments.

After you’re officially booked, I’ll send you a detailed questionaire so I can get to know you and your partner a bit more so that I know how to interact with you and photograph you on your big day. We will keep in contact with regular check ins regarding your timeline as well as a vision board with inspo as well.

why 35mm film?
In the digital age where 100s of photos can be taken in the split of a second, film makes me notice and slow down. It’s all about being intentional with every shot since they are numbered. Film is a chemical miracle, a physical representation of how the light of the moment interacted with the film itself. It cannot be altered, and in this time where everything is perfectly manicured and manufactured with ai, this level of authenticity is just beautiful. Film is inherently nostalgic and will only get better over time. To me, film photos show not only how the moment looked, but more importantly how it felt. Film will always be included in my packages and is a necessary part of my creative process, most of the photos you see on this website are film!

Wear something you can move comfortably in and feel CONFIDENT in. My sessions are very interactive and I’ll get you moving around a lot (if that’s your vibe) and I want you to feel comfortable in your body.

I don't. Part of the creative process for me is taking the thousands of photos taken and curating a gallery of the best moments with my unique editing style.

Are you LGBTQ friendly?
Our family photos by Jen were absolutely incredible, and the photoshoot itself was genuinely a blast! We have a very energetic toddler, and Jen was very fun and professional in being able to work with our dynamic to consistently compose really authentically special moments.
